Winona Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a very expensive ring discovered missing from a resident of Saint Anne of Winona.

Police Chief Paul Bostrack said the ring was last seen on February 14th and was discovered missing on February 16th.

He said the ring was described as a three-band platinum wedding ring, with a four-carot diamond center stone and diamonds around the three bands.
Bostrack said the ring was valued at $65,000.

It was owned by a 93-year-old female resident who had been wearing it on one of her hands. Because of a snug fit it is not believed to have fallen off the person’s hand.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the ring or who may have taken it is asked to call the police department. You can also call Winona Area Crime Stoppers at 457-6530 where you can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward.
